Welcome to the Tarjeta Mi Carrefour app! This guide will help you navigate the app and make the most of its features, allowing you to manage your Mi Carrefour Credit Card and Prepaid Mastercard easily and securely.
Getting Started
Download and Install: Download the Tarjeta Mi Carrefour app from your device’s app store.
Sign In or Register:
If you already have a Mi Carrefour card, sign in using your ID, username, and password.
If you’re new, you can apply for a Mi Carrefour Credit Card or Prepaid Mastercard directly through the app by following the on-screen instructions.
Home Screen Overview
Once logged in, the home screen provides an overview of your account, including your recent transactions, balances, and available credit. Here’s what you can do:
Check Account Information: View your account details, including recent purchases, payments, and available credit limits.
View Statements: Access your last 12 account statements and download them as needed.
Managing Your Account
View Transaction History:
Tap on “Transactions” from the home screen to view a detailed history of your recent purchases, payments, and other account activities.
Check the dates of your last payments, your current balance, and any upcoming payment due dates.
Access Account Statements:
Select “Statements” from the menu to view and download your last 12 account statements.
Keep track of your closing dates and payment deadlines to avoid late fees.
Check Payment Status:
See the status of any installments on loans or purchases made with your Mi Carrefour card, including the due dates and amounts.
Making Payments and Recharges
Pay Your Credit Card Bill:
Tap on “Payments” from the home screen to pay your Mi Carrefour Credit Card bill directly through the app.
Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and confirm the transaction.
Recharge Your Prepaid Card:
Select “Recharge” to add funds to your Mi Carrefour Prepaid Card.
Enter the amount and payment method, then confirm the transaction.
