Tap the "Start" button, and the app will begin measuring your heart rate. Within a few seconds, your current heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) will be displayed on the screen.
Log Your Measurements:
After each reading, the app will automatically log your heart rate data. You can view these logs by navigating to the history section, where you’ll find a list of all your measurements along with the date and time they were taken.
