1. Download the app and sign in with your USPS account, or create a new account and verify your identity and address. 2. Enable Informed Delivery for your address and set your notification preferences for email and push alerts. 3. Open the dashboard to view daily grayscale images of incoming letter-sized mail and tap any package to see detailed tracking and delivery dates. 4. Manage deliveries by submitting hold mail requests, scheduling a redelivery, or adding delivery instructions when available. 5. Use advanced options like managing multiple addresses, organizing shipments, and customizing alert types for packages and mail updates.
