Welcome to the FirstBank Tu Banca Digital App! This guide will help you navigate the app and take advantage of its features, allowing you to manage your banking needs conveniently from your mobile device.
Getting Started
Download and Install: Download the FirstBank Tu Banca Digital App from your device’s app store.
Sign In or Register: Enter your login credentials to sign in. If you’re a new user, select “Register” and follow the prompts to create your account.
Home Screen Overview
Once logged in, the home screen provides quick access to essential features like account information, payments, transfers, and more. Here’s what you can do:
View Account Balances: Instantly check your account balances and recent transactions.
Quick Actions: Use the quick actions menu for frequently used features such as transfers, credit card payments, and branch/ATM locator.
Depositing Checks
Tap on “Mobile Deposit”: Find this option on the home screen or under the “More” menu.
Select the Account: Choose the account where you want to deposit the check.
Enter the Amount: Type in the amount of the check.
Take Photos of the Check: Use your device’s camera to capture clear images of the front and back of the check.
Submit the Deposit: Review the details and submit your deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation once the deposit is processed.
Viewing Account Information
Tap on “Accounts”: Access this from the home screen.
View Balances and Transactions: Select an account to view detailed information, including balances, recent payments, and transaction history.
Track Payments and Transfers: Easily identify and monitor your deposits, payments, and transfers.
Making Payments and Transfers
Tap on “Payments & Transfers”: Access this option on the home screen.
Pay Bills: Choose the bill you want to pay, enter the payment amount, and confirm the payment.
Transfer Money: Select the accounts you want to transfer money between, enter the transfer amount, and confirm the transaction.
Pay Credit Cards and Loans: Select your credit card or loan, enter the payment details, and submit the payment.
Using Additional Services
Access Services via the “More” Menu: Find options like stop payments, check copies, account statements, and more under the “More” menu.
Set Up Travel Notifications: Notify the bank of your travel plans to avoid interruptions in service.
Reorder Checks and Manage Cards: Reorder checks, cancel debit cards, and request auto letters as needed.
Configuring Push Notifications
Go to Settings: Access settings from the home screen or the “More” menu.
Enable Push Notifications: Select the notifications you want to receive, such as payment reminders, deposit confirmations, and account alerts.
Enhancing Security
Change PIN and Password: Update your PIN, password, and security questions from the settings menu.
Enable Touch ID/Face ID: For added security, activate biometric authentication features like Touch ID or Face ID from the security settings.
Quick Actions
Access Frequent Actions: Use the quick actions menu on the home screen for fast access to transfers, payments, and locating branches or ATMs.
Customize Your Quick Actions: Arrange your most-used features for even quicker access.
Logging Out
To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out. It’s important to log out after each session to keep your account secure.
