Download and Set Up: Install the Cardiograph app from the Google Play Store or App Store on your device. Open the app, create an account, and set up your profile to start tracking your heart rate. Measure Your Heart Rate: Place your fingertip on your smartphone’s camera lens and press the "Start" button. Hold still while Cardiograph measures your heart rate. The app will display your heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) once the measurement is complete. Log and Track Measurements: Save each heart rate measurement to your profile. Over time, use the app’s tracking tools to monitor your heart rate history and observe trends in your cardiovascular health. Create Multiple Profiles: If you’re tracking heart rates for multiple people, set up individual profiles within the app. Each profile will store its own set of data, allowing personalized monitoring for every user. View Your History: Use the history and charts feature to review your past heart rate measurements. Visualize how your heart rate changes over time and identify patterns that may indicate improvements or areas of concern. Add Notes: Annotate your heart rate readings with notes to provide additional context.
