Yolla: International Calling

For Users: Download the Yolla App: Start by downloading the Yolla app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Create an Account or Log In: If you’re a new user, sign up by entering your email address, creating a password, and verifying your account. If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password. Add Credit or Purchase a Plan: To make calls, you need to add credit to your Yolla account. You can add credit using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Yolla offers pay-as-you-go options or you can purchase a calling plan with discounted rates for specific countries or regions. Browse or Search for Contact Numbers: After adding credit, you can enter the international phone number you want to call directly in the app, or select a contact from your phone’s contact list if they are registered in Yolla. If you are calling someone without a Yolla account, just enter their phone number, and the app will automatically connect the call. Make the Call: Once you’ve selected the contact or entered the phone number, tap the call button to start the international call. Yolla uses your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for the call, ensuring high-quality audio at a lower cost compared to traditional international calling services. Manage Your Account: You can check your call history in the app to see past international calls and the duration of each call. Yolla also allows you to manage your balance, view rate details, and track how much you’ve spent on international calls. Text Messaging: In addition to voice calls, Yolla also allows you to send text messages to international numbers. You can use this feature to send SMS or chat messages to friends and family around the world. Track Call Costs: Yolla provides transparent rate information for different countries, so you can monitor your spending as you make international calls. You can also view the rates in real-time before dialing. Access Support: If you need assistance or have any issues with your account or calling, you can access customer support directly from the app. Share Yolla with Others: Yolla offers a referral program, where you can invite others to use the app and earn credit or discounts for both you and the person you referred.
