For Riders: Download the Yassir App: Begin by downloading the Yassir app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can visit the Yassir website if you prefer to access the service through your desktop. Create an Account or Log In: If you're a new user, sign up by providing your email address, phone number, and creating a password. If you already have an account, simply log in with your credentials to access your riding history, saved locations, and payment details. Set Your Pickup Location: Once logged in, enter your pickup location either by typing the address manually or selecting it on the map. The app will automatically detect your current location if you have enabled GPS. Choose Your Ride Option: Yassir offers a variety of ride options based on your needs: Standard Ride: Regular rides for everyday transportation. Premium Ride: A higher-end option for more comfortable vehicles. Delivery Service: For delivering items quickly and efficiently. Select the ride type that best suits your preferences. Enter Your Destination: After setting your pickup location, enter your destination address. The app will provide an estimated fare for the ride and display the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your driver. Review Your Ride Details: Once you’ve entered your destination, Yassir will show you the driver’s details (including name, vehicle type, and photo) and the estimated fare. Review your information and make sure everything looks correct before confirming the ride. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method. Yassir supports several options such as: Credit/Debit Card Cash (depending on the region) Digital Wallet (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) You can also save your payment information for faster future checkouts. Confirm Your Ride: After reviewing your ride details and payment information, tap Confirm Ride to request the driver. You’ll receive a notification once a driver has been assigned to your ride. Track Your Ride: Yassir provides real-time tracking of your driver’s location, so you can monitor when they will arrive at your pickup spot. The app will update you on your driver’s estimated arrival time and current location. Enjoy Your Ride: Once your driver arrives, enjoy the ride to your destination. You can also communicate with your driver via in-app chat or call features if needed. Payment: After reaching your destination, payment will be automatically processed through your selected payment method. If you chose cash, you can pay the driver directly in cash. Rate Your Driver: After completing the ride, you can rate your driver on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. You can also leave feedback on your ride experience, helping Yassir improve its service. Track Ride History: The Yassir app allows you to view your ride history, making it easy to check past trips, total charges, and payment methods.
