How to use:
1. Download the app and create your profile, then allow location and notification permissions for accurate GPS tracking and timely updates.

3. Set your preferences: enable audio cues, connect headphones or a wearable, and choose training or event mode.
4. Tap Start to begin running and follow live audio guidance; keep going until the virtual Catcher Car catches you.
