1. Download or open the app in your browser, then create a new project to start a workspace. 2. Sign up or log in to save, sync, and share your molecular structures across devices. 3. Create a molecule by choosing an atom, clicking to place atoms, and dragging to draw bonds. Use ring templates and add hydrogens, then switch between 2D and 3D views. 4. Refine and analyze by running geometry cleanup or optimization, rotating and zooming the 3D model, and measuring bond lengths and angles. Add labels and notes if needed. 5. Export or share by saving structures as MOL, SDF, PDB, XYZ, or SMILES, copying an image for reports, or generating a share link. Explore optional calculations and advanced settings when available.
