Search for Flights: Once logged in, use the flight search tool to find available flights. Enter your departure city, destination, and dates of travel. You can also select the number of passengers and choose between one-way, round-trip, or multi-city flights. You can filter the search results based on flight times, price, or airports. Select Your Flight: After searching for flights, select the flight option that fits your schedule and budget. You will be shown available flight times, prices, and seating options. Review the details, including flight duration, layovers (if any), and baggage policies. Choose Seat and Extras: Customize your flight by choosing your seat preference (e.g., window or aisle seat). You can also select premium seating or extra legroom if available. Volaris allows you to purchase additional services like priority boarding, extra luggage, or in-flight meals. Enter Passenger Information: Enter the required passenger details for everyone traveling, including full name, date of birth, and passport or identification number (for international flights). Double-check the information to ensure accuracy. Review Your Booking: Before proceeding, review your flight details, passenger information, and any extra services you’ve selected. This is the time to confirm your seat selection, baggage options, and add any further services if needed. Enter Payment Information: Choose your payment method, such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Volaris VClub points (if applicable). Complete the payment process and confirm your booking. Receive Booking Confirmation: After completing the payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation with your booking reference number, flight details, and payment receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation with the same details, which you can keep for your records. Manage Your Booking: You can use the Volaris app or website to manage your booking. This includes checking in online, changing your flight, or adding services (e.g., extra baggage, seat changes). You can also view your booking history and track your loyalty rewards if you are a VClub member. Check In for Your Flight: Check in online through the app or website up to 24 hours before your departure. Select your seat, provide ID details, and confirm any additional services. Volaris allows you to check in quickly and receive your boarding pass on your mobile device for a smooth travel experience. Track Your Flight: Use the Volaris app to track your flight status in real-time. Get updates on your flight's departure time, delays, or any gate changes.
