For Drivers: Download the Uklon Driver App: Begin by downloading the Uklon Driver app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can also visit the Uklon website for more information on how to become a driver. Create an Account or Log In: If you're a new driver, sign up for an account by entering your email address, creating a password, and providing personal and vehicle details. If you’re already a registered driver, log in using your credentials. Complete the Registration Process: Upload necessary documents, such as your driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any required background check details. Uklon will verify your documents before you can start driving. Set Up Your Profile: Customize your driver profile with relevant details like your vehicle type, preferred working hours, and payment preferences. Uklon Driver may also allow you to set preferences for the type of passengers you prefer to pick up, such as airport rides or short-distance trips. Turn on the App and Start Accepting Rides: Once you're set up, open the Uklon Driver app and switch it to online mode to begin receiving ride requests. The app will notify you of nearby requests, and you can choose to accept or decline based on your availability and preferences. Navigate to the Pickup Location: Once you accept a ride, the app will provide real-time navigation to guide you to the pickup location. You can follow the GPS directions in the app for an accurate and efficient route. Pick Up the Passenger: When you arrive at the pickup location, confirm the passenger's details (name, destination) and make sure they are the correct person. Ensure that the vehicle is clean and ready to provide a comfortable ride for your passenger. Complete the Ride: Use the navigation feature to guide you to the passenger's destination. The Uklon Driver app will automatically calculate the fare based on distance, time, and other factors. You can also receive tips from passengers. End the Ride and Rate the Passenger: Once you reach the destination, end the ride in the app. You can rate the passenger based on their behavior and provide feedback on the experience. You’ll receive your earnings for the completed ride, which will be added to your balance. Track Earnings: The app allows you to track your earnings in real time. You can view your daily, weekly, or monthly earnings and monitor tips or bonuses. Earnings are typically transferred to your bank account based on the payment schedule chosen in the app. Review Trip History: You can also review your trip history to see previous rides, earnings, and ratings for passengers. This feature helps drivers track performance and ensure they maintain a high standard of service. Maintain Vehicle and Safety Standards: The Uklon Driver app also helps drivers keep track of their vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and insurance renewals. The app may send reminders to ensure that your vehicle is in safe operating condition and compliant with local regulations. Get Support: If you encounter any issues or need assistance, the Uklon Driver app offers customer support features to help resolve any problems you may face during your driving shifts. Set Your Availability: You can set your availability in the app, allowing you to decide when you want to drive and when you want to take a break. The app allows you to work as much or as little as you prefer, providing flexible hours.
