To find your perfect comfort level, use the app to adjust the firmness and support of your bed. Navigate to the bed settings section, where you can remotely change your Sleep Number setting. Experiment with different levels to see how they impact your SleepIQ score and overall sleep quality.

Set up the smart alarm feature in the app to wake you during your lightest sleep phase. Enter your desired wake-up time range, and the app will choose the optimal moment to wake you within that window. This helps you feel more refreshed and alert in the morning.

If you share your bed with a partner, both of you can track your individual sleep data. Each person can view their own SleepIQ score and make adjustments to their side of the bed. This feature ensures both partners can optimize their sleep experience.
