Sign Up and Account Setup Visit the Setmore website and click on "Start FREE" to create an account. Provide your email address and set a password to register. After registration, log in to access your dashboard. Customize Your Booking Page Navigate to the "Apps & Integrations" section and select "Your Booking Page." Add your business logo, contact information, and a welcome message to personalize the page. Define your services, including descriptions, durations, and pricing. Set Business Hours and Staff Availability In the "Settings" menu, go to "Staff" to add team members and set their working hours. Specify your business's operating hours to control when clients can book appointments. Integrate with Calendars and Video Conferencing Tools Connect Setmore with your Google Calendar or Office 365 to synchronize appointments. Enable integrations with Zoom or Google Meet to facilitate virtual meetings. Enable Online Payments In the "Settings" menu, select "Payments" to integrate with Stripe or Square. Choose whether to require full or partial payment at the time of booking. Share Your Booking Page Copy the URL of your Booking Page and share it on your website, social media profiles, or via email. Clients can use this link to view availability and book appointments directly. Manage Appointments Access the "Calendar" section to view and manage all scheduled appointments. Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, with automatic notifications sent to clients. Set Up Automated Reminders In "Settings," navigate to "Notifications" to configure email or SMS reminders for clients and staff. Determine the timing of reminders to reduce no-shows. Utilize Mobile Access Download the Setmore app on your iOS or Android device to manage appointments on the go. The mobile app allows you to book, reschedule, and receive notifications from anywhere. Explore Advanced Features Set up recurring appointments for regular clients to automate repeat bookings. Use the "Analytics" section to monitor appointment trends and staff performance.
