ROUVY Companion is a mobile control and dashboard app for indoor cycling on ROUVY. Use your phone to browse routes and structured workouts, pair Bluetooth sensors and smart trainers, and control rides without leaving the saddle. View real-time power, cadence, heart rate, and gradient, switch ERG mode, and manage training plans and events. Designed for cyclists running ROUVY on TV, computer, or tablet, it delivers fast, intuitive ride control and clear training data. How to use:
1. Download ROUVY Companion and sign in with your ROUVY account.
2. Launch the main ROUVY app on your TV, computer, or tablet and connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Open the Companion to auto-detect your session, then pair your smart trainer, power meter, and heart rate monitor via Bluetooth.
4. Choose a route or workout, start riding, and use your phone to pause or resume, adjust ERG targets, change camera views, and monitor live metrics.
5. After the ride, review the summary, save and sync the activity, and schedule your next workout or event from the Companion.
