Getting Started
Download the App:
Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “Regions Bank.”
Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device.
Sign In or Enroll:
Open the app and sign in using your Regions Online Banking username and password.
If you’re new to Regions, tap “Enroll” and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
Navigating the App
Home Screen:
After signing in, you’ll be directed to the home screen, where you can view your account balances, recent transactions, and access key features.
Account Overview:
Tap on any of your accounts to view detailed information, including transaction history for the past 18 months, account numbers, and routing numbers.
Key Features
Secure Login:
Enable fingerprint or facial recognition for a quick and secure login experience.
Set up this feature in the app’s security settings for added convenience.
Transfer Funds:
Tap “Transfer” from the main menu to move money between your Regions accounts.
Select the accounts, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer.
Make Mobile Deposits:

Follow the on-screen instructions to take photos of the front and back of the check, and submit it for deposit.

Access budgeting and planning tools under “Financial Tools” to track your spending and manage your finances.
View your FICO® Score directly within the app to monitor your credit health.
Send Money with Zelle®:
Tap “Send Money with Zelle®” to quickly send or request money from friends and family.
Enter the recipient’s email or mobile number, select the amount, and confirm the payment.
Pay Bills:
Use the “Bill Pay” feature to pay your bills directly from the app.
Add payees, schedule payments, and view payment history all in one place.
Card Management with Regions LockIt®:
Instantly lock or unlock your Regions credit or debit cards from the app to prevent unauthorized use.
Go to “Card Services” to manage your card settings.
Set Up Alerts:
Customize alerts for low balances, large transactions, or payment due dates.
Set up these alerts under “Settings” to stay informed about your account activity.
Rewards and Offers:
View and activate personalized rewards and offers by tapping “Rewards” in the main menu.
