1. Download the app and sign up with your email or single sign-on. 2. Add sources by pasting a DOI or URL, scanning an ISBN, or importing PDFs or RIS or BibTeX; metadata fills automatically. 3. Organize your library by creating folders, adding tags, writing notes, and highlighting PDFs; merge duplicates when suggested. 4. Cite while writing by selecting a style, copying formatted citations, or using the add-in to insert and update citations and bibliographies in Word or Google Docs. 5. Sync and export by enabling cloud sync across devices, sharing a collection if needed, and exporting BibTeX, RIS, or a formatted bibliography for submission.
