Getting Started Download the App: Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “PREMIER Credit Card.” Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device. Sign In or Create an Account: Open the app and sign in using your MyPremierCreditCard.com username and password. If you don’t have an account yet, tap “Create Account” and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your username and password. Navigating the App Home Screen: After signing in, you’ll arrive at the home screen, where you can view your account summary, including your current balance, available credit, and recent transactions. Account Overview: Tap on your account to view detailed information, including your statement balance, payment due date, and more. Key Features Check Account Balances: On the home screen, you can quickly check your current balance, available credit, and minimum payment due. Make Payments: Tap “Make a Payment” from the main menu or home screen. Choose the payment amount, select your payment method, and confirm the payment. You can also set up recurring payments to ensure you never miss a due date. Monitor Transactions: Tap on “Transactions” to view a list of your recent purchases and payments. Review each transaction for accuracy and keep track of your spending. Lock/Unlock Your Card: For added security, you can instantly lock or unlock your card directly from the app. Tap “Card Management” and toggle the lock/unlock feature as needed. Go Paperless: Save time and reduce clutter by opting to receive your statements and letters electronically. Go to “Settings” and select “Paperless Preferences” to enable this feature. Update Your Profile: Keep your personal information up to date by tapping “Profile” in the settings menu. Here, you can update your address, phone number, email, and other details.
