Welcome to the Possible app! This guide will help you navigate the app and utilize its features to access credit, manage your finances, and build your credit history with ease.
Getting Started
Download and Install: Download the Possible app from your device’s app store.
Sign In or Register:
If you’re new to Possible, create an account by providing your personal information and setting up a secure password.
If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password.
Applying for Credit
Start an Application:
On the home screen, tap the "Apply for Credit" button.
Enter the amount you need, up to $500 (subject to state limits).
Provide the necessary information, including your employment details and bank account information for verification.
Review and Submit:
Review the terms of your credit, including the repayment schedule and total cost.
If you agree with the terms, submit your application for approval.
Get Approved:
Approval decisions are typically made within minutes. Once approved, the funds will be disbursed to your bank account, usually within minutes, but it may take up to five days depending on your bank.
Managing Your Credit
View Your Credit Details:
On the home screen, tap "My Account" to view details of your current credit, including the amount borrowed, repayment schedule, and due dates.
Make a Payment:
Tap on "Make a Payment" to repay your credit. You can make a payment manually or set up automated payments from your linked bank account.
Payments are flexible, allowing you to adjust dates if needed to better fit your financial situation.
Track Your Credit Building:
View your credit-building progress in the "Credit Score" section. On-time payments are reported to the major credit bureaus, helping you improve your credit score over time.
Adjusting Payment Dates
Change Payment Dates:
If you need to adjust your payment schedule, go to "Manage Payments" and select "Change Payment Date."
Choose a new date that works better for you, and confirm the change.
Automate Payments:
Set up automatic payments by linking your bank account in the "Payment Settings" section. This ensures you never miss a payment, helping you avoid late fees and maintain a positive payment history.

Access Support:
If you have questions or need assistance, tap on "Support" in the app to access FAQs, contact customer service, or submit a support request.
You can also call the support hotline for immediate assistance.
Understanding Fees and Costs
Transparent Pricing:
Possible is committed to transparency, with no hidden fees or penalties. Review the terms of your credit upfront to understand the total cost and repayment schedule.
The Possible Card has a membership fee based on your credit limit, which is clearly outlined in the app.
Building Your Credit History
Credit Reporting:
All on-time payments made through the Possible app are reported to the three major credit bureaus, helping you build or improve your credit history.
Regularly check your progress in the "Credit Score" section to see how your score is improving.
Logging Out
To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out. Always log out after each session to ensure your account remains secure.
