Sign Up and Set Up Your Account Visit the Picktime website and click on the "Sign Up" button. Provide your email address and create a password to register. Add Staff Members Under the "Staff" section, add team members by entering their names, contact information, and assigned services. Set individual availability for each staff member to manage their schedules effectively. Integrate Calendars and Tools Navigate to the "Integrations" tab to connect Picktime with external calendars like Google Calendar or Outlook. Enable video conferencing integrations with platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet to facilitate virtual appointments. Customize Booking Preferences In the "Booking Settings," define preferences like appointment buffer times, cancellation policies, and booking lead times. Set up automated email or SMS reminders to notify clients and staff of upcoming appointments. Share Your Booking Page Access the "Booking Page" link from your dashboard. Share this link with clients via your website, social media, or email to allow them to book appointments online. Manage Appointments Monitor and manage all bookings through the "Calendar" view in your dashboard. Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, with automatic notifications sent to clients. Utilize Reporting Tools Use the "Reports" section to gain insights into appointment statistics, staff performance, and client data. Export reports for further analysis or record-keeping purposes.
