1. Download the app and sign up with your email or phone, then join your property using the invitation link or access code provided by your landlord. 2. Verify your profile, link your lease, and add a payment method such as bank account or card; enable autopay if desired. 3. Pay rent by opening Payments, reviewing your balance and due date, selecting a method, and confirming to receive a digital receipt. 4. Submit maintenance by tapping Maintenance, describing the issue, adding photos or video, choosing preferred access times, and tracking status updates. 5. Stay informed by checking Announcements, messaging your manager in the Inbox, viewing lease and documents in Files, and turning on push notifications and reminders.
