My Daily Goals

1. Download the app and sign up with email or continue as a guest to start quickly. 2. Create your first goals: add a title, choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), set priority, and enable reminders. 3. Organize goals by category and add notes or subtasks to clarify what success looks like. 4. Check off completed goals each day, view streaks and progress in the Progress tab, and adjust schedules as your routine evolves. 5. Enable notifications, add the home screen widget for quick check-ins, and turn on backup or sync if available to keep data safe across devices.
