File a claim by selecting a benefit, entering visit or event details, and uploading photos or PDFs of receipts or documents. Submit and track status with real-time updates and notifications. 5. Manage payments and settings: pay premiums or set up autopay, manage HSA or FSA contributions, turn on paperless documents and alerts, and contact support via chat or phone when needed.
