Download & Set Up: Start by downloading the Korean Air My app from the App Store or Google Play. Track Flight Status: The app provides real-time updates on your flight’s status, including departure and arrival times, gate information, and any updates regarding delays or cancellations. You can also get notifications about changes to your flight’s status. Earn & Redeem Skypass Miles: If you're a member of the Skypass loyalty program, you can track your miles, check your membership status, and redeem miles for flight upgrades, free flights, or other rewards. The app allows you to see your current balance and view available rewards. Explore Airport Information & Services: The app provides information on Korean Air services at the airport, such as check-in counters, lounges, baggage claim, and other facilities. You can also access real-time airport information, including the location of your gate and other services. Stay Updated with Notifications: Enable push notifications to receive real-time updates about your flight, including check-in reminders, gate changes, flight status updates, and other important alerts.
