How to use:
Download and install iPolar, then allow Bluetooth and GPS permissions.
Sign up or log in, set your primary sport and personal goals.
Open Devices to pair your heart rate strap and other Bluetooth sensors, then complete calibration if prompted.
Choose an activity such as running or cycling and tap Start to record while monitoring real-time pace, distance, cadence, elevation, and heart rate zones.
Tap Finish to save and review splits, route map, and training load, then sync to cloud, export GPX, and schedule your next workout or plan.
