Sending Money Choose the Destination Country: On the home screen, select the country where you want to send money. Intermex supports transfers to over 20 countries, including popular destinations in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Enter Transfer Details: Specify the amount you want to send and choose the delivery method, such as cash pick-up, bank deposit, or home delivery (available in select countries like the Dominican Republic). Select Payment Method: Choose how you want to pay for the transfer: bank account, debit card, or credit card. Review and Confirm: Review the transfer details, including fees and exchange rates, and confirm the transaction. Your recipient will receive the money quickly and securely. Track Your Transfer: Once the transaction is completed, you can track the status of your transfer in the app and receive notifications when the money is ready for pick-up or has been deposited. Using the Resend Feature Fast Repeat Transfers: For regular transactions, use the "Resend" feature to repeat previous transfers with just three taps. This saves time and ensures your loved ones receive money quickly. Managing Your Account Refer and Earn: Invite friends to use Intermex with your unique referral link. When they complete their first transfer, both you and your friend can earn rewards, including fee-free transfers. Join the Loyalty Program: Sign up for the loyalty program directly in the app using your phone number. Earn points with every transaction and redeem them for better exchange rates on future transfers. Enable Notifications: Turn on in-app notifications to receive alerts about exclusive deals, offers, and important updates regarding your transactions.
