1. Download and install iGoTrapping, then sign up with email to create your profile. 2. Choose your role and level coach or player and set training goals such as full-court press or baseline trap. 3. Browse the playbook, preview drill videos, and add selected drills to a practice plan; set reps, duration, and rest. 4. Start the session to follow on-screen diagrams, video guidance, and audio cues; use the built-in timer and counters to log results. 5. Review post-session analytics to see turnovers forced, successful traps, and heat zones; adjust your plan and share notes with your team. 6. Unlock advanced trap packages and progression tracks as you improve consistency and execution.
