Welcome to the Freedom Mortgage app! This guide will help you navigate the app, manage your mortgage, and make the most of the features available to you. Follow these instructions to get started and efficiently manage your mortgage on the go.
1. Getting Started
Download and Install: Begin by downloading the Freedom Mortgage app from your preferred app store.
Create an Account: If you haven’t already set up online access, open the app and select the option to create a new account. You’ll need to enter your mortgage details and verify your identity.
Login: If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials. For added security, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition for quick access.
2. Managing Your Mortgage
View Mortgage Details: On the home screen, you’ll find an overview of your mortgage, including your current balance, loan details, and payment history. Tap on any section for more detailed information.
Go Paperless: Opt to receive electronic statements by selecting the paperless option. You can view and download all important mortgage documents directly from the app.
3. Making Payments
One-Time Payment: To make a one-time payment, go to the “Account Details” section and select “One-Time Payment.” Enter the payment amount, choose your banking information, and confirm the payment.
Set Up Recurring Payments: If you prefer automatic payments, go to the “Payment Settings” and set up recurring payments. Choose the amount and frequency, and link your bank account for automatic processing.
