Forest: Focus for Productivity

Install the App: Download Forest from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Set Up Your Account: Open the app and create an account using your email or social media login to sync your progress across devices. Set Focus Time: Tap the "Plant" button to set your focus timer. Choose how long you want to focus (typically 25-50 minutes) and press "Start" to begin your session. Stay Focused: While the timer is running, you’ll grow a virtual tree. The goal is to stay off your phone during this time. If you exit the app or use other distracting apps, your tree will die, so resist the temptation to check your notifications! Earn Coins: When your focus session is complete, you’ll earn virtual coins. You can use these coins to unlock new tree species and backgrounds for your forest. Plant Real Trees: Use the coins you earn to plant real trees in collaboration with environmental organizations. This makes your focus time productive for both you and the planet. Track Your Progress: Use the "Statistics" tab to see how much time you’ve spent focused, how many trees you’ve planted, and your long-term progress. Group Focus Sessions: Invite friends or colleagues to join your focus session and collectively grow your virtual forest together. You can compete to see who can stay focused the longest!
