Ford Credit App User Guide Welcome to the Ford Credit Mobile App! This guide will help you navigate the app and utilize its features to manage your Ford Credit account easily and efficiently. Getting Started Download and Install: Download the Ford Credit app from your device’s app store. Sign In or Register: If you already have a Ford Credit account, sign in using your username and password. If you’re new, you can register for an account by following the prompts in the app to set up your login credentials. Home Screen Overview Once logged in, the home screen provides an overview of your account, including payment options, account balance, and vehicle details. Here’s what you can do: View Account Balance: See your current balance and remaining payoff amount. Quick Access to Payments: Easily make a payment or set up payment options from the home screen. Making Payments Same-Day Payment: Tap on "Make a Payment" from the home screen. Select the payment method, enter the payment amount, and confirm the transaction to make a same-day payment. Schedule Future Payments: Choose "Schedule Payment" from the payment options. Select the date you want the payment to be processed, enter the amount, and confirm the details. Set Up Automatic Payments: Go to the "Automatic Payments" section and follow the prompts to set up recurring payments. You can choose the payment amount and the date each month when the payment will be processed. View Payoff Amount: For those financing a vehicle, tap on "Payoff Quote" to view your remaining payoff amount and get an immediate payoff quote. Managing Your Account Access Transaction History: Tap on "Transaction History" to view all past payments and financial transactions related to your Ford Credit account. View Statements: Go to the "Statements" section to view and download your account statements. Update Bank Information: In the "Settings" menu, select "Bank Information" to add, edit, or remove your bank account details used for payments.
