Applying for a Credit Line
Submit an Application:
To use Flex, you’ll need to apply for a line of credit. This involves a quick credit assessment to determine your eligibility.
Flex offers both secured and unsecured lines of credit based on your creditworthiness.
Review and Accept Terms:
Once your application is approved, review the terms and conditions, including the credit line amount, APR (if applicable), and any other fees associated with the service.
Accept the terms to activate your Flex account.
Setting Up Your Rent Payments
Choose Your Payment Dates:
Flex allows you to choose your payment dates within the month, based on your cash flow and financial needs. You can break your rent into smaller, manageable payments.
Set your preferred payment schedule in the app.
Paying Rent with Flex:
Flex will help pay your rent in full and on time directly to your property. Your contributions toward your rent are made according to the schedule you set up.
A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is charged when you pay your rent using Flex. If you use a credit card to pay, additional processing fees may apply.
