1. Download and open the app, then allow Calendar and Notification permissions to sync your existing iOS calendars and receive timely alerts. 2. Choose your preferred view (Day, Week, Month, or Agenda) and customize options like start of week, color-coding, and default alerts in Settings. 3. Tap the plus button to add an event or reminder, set time, location, alerts, and recurrence, then drag and drop events to quickly reschedule. 4. Organize with separate calendars for work and personal, use time blocking for focused sessions, and search to find events instantly. 5. Add Home Screen widgets for at-a-glance schedules, and connect additional accounts in iOS Settings to keep Google or other calendars in sync.
