Download the app and create your profile, then select your primary goal such as fat loss, muscle gain, or performance. Connect your data sources by pairing an Evolt 360 body scanner or manually entering measurements, and optionally sync compatible wearables. Establish your baseline with a scan or initial check-in, set calorie and macro targets, and confirm your training schedule. Follow your plan by starting the recommended workouts, logging sets, reps, and cardio, and tracking meals, hydration, and daily activity. Review your dashboard weekly, compare scans over time, adjust goals and targets based on insights, and enable reminders for consistent progress.
