HOW TO PLAY:
Download and Install:
Download the Easy Scanner app from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone. Install the app and open it to start scanning your documents.
Capture a Scan:
Tap the camera icon in the app to take a photo of the document you want to scan. Ensure that the document is well-lit and positioned flat on a surface for the best results. The app will automatically detect the edges of the document.
Adjust and Crop:
After capturing the image, the app will allow you to adjust the edges and crop the document. Use the adjustable corners to fine-tune the selection and ensure the entire document is included in the scan.
Apply Filters (Optional):
Easy Scanner provides several filters to enhance the scanned document. Choose from options like black-and-white, grayscale, or color to make your scan clearer and more readable, depending on the type of document.
Scan Multiple Pages:
For multi-page documents, tap the “Add” button to scan additional pages. The app allows you to create a single document from multiple pages, making it ideal for scanning lengthy contracts, reports, or books.
Edit the Scan:
Use the app’s built-in editing tools to rotate, adjust brightness, contrast, or remove any imperfections from the scanned image. This ensures that your document is clean and easy to read.
Save as PDF or JPG:
After editing, you can choose to save your scan in either PDF or JPG format. PDF is ideal for multi-page documents and professional use, while JPG is better suited for single-page scans or images.
Share or Upload:
Once your scan is saved, you can share it via email, messaging apps, or directly upload it to cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud. This ensures that your documents are securely backed up and accessible from anywhere.
Organize Your Documents:
The app allows you to create folders and organize your scanned documents for easy access later. You can also rename files to keep them organized and searchable.
Search and OCR (Optional):
Some versions of Easy Scanner include optical character recognition (OCR), which can extract text from your scanned documents. This allows you to search for specific words or phrases within your scans and export the text for further editing.
Print Documents:
If you need a hard copy, you can use the app’s built-in printing feature to send your scanned document directly to a connected printer.
