HOW TO PLAY:
### **How to Use the Connexus Credit Union Mobile App**
#### **1. Getting Started:**
- **Download the App**: First, download the Connexus Credit Union Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- **Log In**: Use your existing Connexus Credit Union online banking credentials to log in. If you’re not enrolled in online banking yet, you’ll need to sign up on the Connexus Credit Union website.
#### **2. Navigating the App:**
- **Dashboard Overview**: After logging in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard where you can view your account balances, recent transactions, and quick links to common tasks like transfers and bill payments.
- **Menu Navigation**: Use the menu at the bottom or side of the screen to navigate between different sections of the app, such as accounts, transfers, payments, and more.
#### **3. Viewing Transactions:**
- **Account Details**: Tap on any of your accounts to view detailed transaction history. This will show you all the recent transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- **Search Transactions**: Use the search bar to quickly find specific transactions by entering keywords or amounts.
#### **4. Transferring Funds:**
- **Internal Transfers**: To transfer money between your Connexus accounts, go to the "Transfer" section. Choose the account you want to transfer from, the account you want to transfer to, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer.
- **External Transfers**: If you need to transfer money to an account at another financial institution, follow the same steps, but select the external account.
#### **5. Paying Bills:**
- **Set Up Bill Pay**: To pay bills, go to the "Bill Pay" section. You can add payees, schedule payments, and view payment history all within the app.
- **Automatic Payments**: You can also set up recurring payments for regular bills, ensuring you never miss a due date.
#### **6. Depositing Checks:**
- **Mobile Check Deposit**: Tap on "Deposit" from the main menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to take a picture of the front and back of the check using your phone’s camera. Confirm the details and submit the deposit.
- **Review Deposits**: After submitting, you can review your deposit history to confirm the status of your check deposits.
#### **7. Managing Cards:**
- **Lock/Unlock Cards**: If you’ve misplaced your debit or credit card, you can temporarily lock it from the app to prevent unauthorized transactions. Once found, you can unlock it with a tap.
- **Card Settings**: Update your card PIN, report lost or stolen cards, and request replacements directly from the app.
#### **8. Finding ATMs:**
- **ATM Locator**: Use the "ATM Locator" feature to find the nearest Connexus Credit Union ATMs or surcharge-free ATMs. Simply allow the app to access your location, or enter an address or zip code.
#### **9. Account Alerts:**
- **Set Up Alerts**: Go to the settings menu to set up custom alerts for low balances, large transactions, or upcoming payments. You can receive these alerts via text, email, or push notifications.
