Navigating the App
Home Screen Overview:
The home screen provides a snapshot of all your CIBC accounts, including checking, savings, and credit card balances.

View Account Details:

Managing Payments and Transfers
Send and Receive Money:
To send money, tap on “Interac e-Transfer” from the home screen.
Select a recipient from your contacts or add a new recipient by entering their details.
Enter the amount, select the account, and confirm the transfer. The recipient will receive the funds instantly.
To receive money, simply accept the transfer from within the app.
Set Up Payments:
Tap on “Payments” to schedule bill payments or transfer funds between accounts.
Choose from instant, post-dated, or recurring payments to manage your bills and transfers efficiently.
To pay at a payment terminal, use the mobile payment feature by tapping your phone at the terminal.
Depositing Cheques
Deposit a Cheque:
Select “Deposit” from the home screen.
Follow the instructions to take a photo of the front and back of the cheque using your phone’s camera.
Confirm the details, and the funds will be deposited into your selected account.
Managing Your Credit
Check Your Credit Score:
Access your free Equifax credit score directly through the app without affecting your score.
Monitor changes to your credit score and receive tips on how to improve it.
Using Travel Tools
Access Travel Tools:
Tap on “Travel Tools” to access features like the currency converter, travel tips, and emergency contact numbers.
Use these tools to plan and manage your finances while traveling.
Finding Branches and ATMs

Use the search feature to find CIBC branches, ATMs, banking hours, and mortgage advisors near your current location.
