1. Download the app, create your account, and set up your business profile and region. 2. Add your bank details by entering routing and account numbers, then choose blank or preprinted check stock and run a quick alignment test. 3. Add payees and vendors manually or import a CSV from your accounting software to build your directory. 4. Create your first check by selecting the bank account and payee, entering amount, date, and memo, then preview to verify the MICR line and layout. 5. Print using a laser printer with MICR toner for blank stock or export a PDF for record keeping. Your check is logged in the register, where you can schedule recurring payments, batch print, and mark checks as cleared during reconciliation.
