Create your health profile by adding conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts; optionally add family members. 3. Import records by scanning documents, uploading PDFs or images, or syncing supported health data from your device; categorize items for quick access. 4. Track your health by logging vitals and symptoms, setting medication schedules, and adding appointment reminders with notes. 5. Share and manage access by generating secure links or exporting PDFs for your clinician, and enable cloud backup and device sync in Settings.
