1. Download and open the app, grant calendar and notification permissions, and choose your theme and start preferences. 2. Sign in or continue as a guest, then enable cloud sync to back up your data and access it across devices. 3. Add your first event by tapping the plus button, entering title, date and time, setting reminders and repeat rules, and assigning a color label. 4. Create tasks in the Tasks section, set due dates and priorities, add subtasks, and drag tasks onto the calendar to schedule them. 5. Customize your workflow by switching between year, month, week, day, and agenda views, adding a home screen widget, subscribing to holiday calendars, and adjusting time zone settings. 6. Stay organized with search and filters, and share events with contacts when you need to coordinate plans.
