Navigating the App

View Account Details:

Managing Payments and Transfers
Send Money:
To transfer funds between your accounts or send money to others, tap on the “Transfers” option.
Choose the accounts you want to transfer from and to, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer. You can also set up cross-currency transfers if needed.
Interac e-Transfers:
Send and receive money instantly with Interac e-Transfer. Tap on “Interac e-Transfer,” select a recipient, enter the amount, and send. You can also add or edit e-Transfer recipients easily.
To receive money, simply accept the transfer through the app.
Pay Bills:
To pay bills, select the “Payments” option from the home screen.
Choose a payee from your saved list, or add a new payee by entering the required details. You can set up future-dated payments or schedule recurring payments to ensure your bills are always paid on time.
Booking Appointments
Book an Appointment:
If you need to speak with a BMO representative, you can book an appointment directly through the app. Tap on the “Book an Appointment” option, choose the service you need, and select a date and time that works for you.
