Welcome to the BECU Mobile Banking App! This guide will help you navigate the app’s features and make the most of its capabilities. Follow these steps to manage your finances efficiently on the go.
Getting Started
Download the App:
Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “BECU.”
Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device.
Sign In or Enroll:
Open the app and sign in using your BECU online banking credentials.
If you’re a new user, tap “Enroll” to create an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
Navigating the App
Dashboard:
After signing in, you’ll be taken to the main dashboard. Here, you can view all your linked BECU and non-BECU accounts, including checking, savings, credit cards, loans, and more.
Account Overview:
Tap on any account to see detailed information, such as your current balance, transaction history, and other relevant details.
Budgeting Tools:
Access the budgeting section to track your spending, set up budgets based on your income and expenses, and monitor your debt.
The app automatically categorizes your transactions to help you understand your spending patterns.
Key Features
Transfer Funds:
Tap on the “Transfer” option from the main menu to move money between your BECU accounts or send money to external accounts.
Follow the prompts to select the accounts, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer.
Mobile Check Deposit:
Select “Deposit Checks” from the main menu.
Follow the on-screen instructions to take a photo of the front and back of your check.
Confirm the deposit details and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation once the deposit is successful.
Pay Bills:
Go to the “Pay Bills” section to view and manage your payees.
Select a payee, enter the payment amount and date, and confirm the payment.
You can also set up recurring payments for regular bills.
Alerts & Notifications:
Access “Alerts” to customize notifications for various account activities, such as low balances, large transactions, or upcoming bill payments.
Stay informed about your account status in real-time.
Locate BECU Services:
Tap on “Locations” to find the nearest BECU branch, ATM, or shared branching partner.
Use the map view or enter a location to search for nearby services.
Security Features
