Download & Set Up: Start by downloading the AirAsia MOVE app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, open the app and sign up for an account using your email or log in through a social media profile. If you're a frequent AirAsia flyer, you can link your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for personalized offers. Search for Flights: On the home screen, enter your departure and arrival destinations, travel dates, and number of passengers. Browse these options and add them to your booking for a complete travel experience. Manage Your Bookings: View, modify, or cancel your flight and hotel bookings directly in the app. You can also check your booking history, request special services, and add extras like extra baggage or meal preferences. Track & Receive Notifications: Stay updated with real-time flight status, gate changes, and other important travel information. The app will send you notifications about flight delays, check-in reminders, and exclusive promotions. Earn & Redeem Loyalty Points: If you're a member of AirAsia’s BIG Loyalty program, you can earn and redeem points for discounts on flights, hotels, and services. The app allows you to track your loyalty points and view available rewards.
